ChooChoo Pistons

Outlaw Series

Full billet design manufactured from a special aluminum alloy -- bore sizes from 3.540" to 3.549" every .001" -- special three ring design features a 0.7mm compression ring + 0.7mm Napier ring with a 2mm oil pak -- special alloy 2.00" pin -- supplied with moly coating -- supplied at .670" compression height  (.160" dome thickness) -- may be shortened to .600" (.090" dome thickness) -- 190 grams @.670" -- apx. 5 grams lighter for every .010" that is removed -- wider skirt width on thrust side

The program allows for two pistons sizes for each available ring set size which will make the cylinders last a very long time.
Compression height as supplied is .690" with a .220" dome thickness 
May be shortened to .570" which will yield a .100" dome thickness 
Weight is 205 to 220 grams as supplied (depending on actual size) and this is reduced by about 5 grams for every .010" that is removed from the compression height.
The piston pin is totally isolated from the oil ring for better sealing. There is no possibility of the ring bending into the pin bore.
The pistons are supplied with the ring set, piston pin and spiral lox retainer clips.

 features the Outlaw design but with a conventional two ring design -- 1mm compression ring -- 2.8mm oil ring -- accepts 2.0" piston pin -- supplied with moly coating

Compression height as supplied is .640" with a .115" dome thickness 620" which will yield a .095" dome thickness. Weight is 156--163 grams depending on the actual size. The piston pin is totally isolated from the oil ring for better sealing. There is no possibility of the ring bending into the pin bore.
